Personal Training

One 2 one personal training should be more than someone simply barking orders and telling you what to do for 60 minutes.

With KMPT you will get a full lifestyle service. For you to achieve your goals (and more importantly maintain the results you achieve) we need to look at all factors in your lifestyle and overcome any barriers that may be standing in your way.

To help you reach your goals quickly and safely we will work with you to design a tailored fitness programme to complement our training sessions together.

Small group training

Small group Training is a unique way for people to benefit from the quality of service of Personal Training but in a small group situation. The group may be made up of a group of friends, work colleagues or even people with similar training goals or interests. STRENGTH IN NUMBERS!

Training in a group can be more cost effective, providing a good team building experience and working towards the same goals can be a huge motivation and create a healthy competitive environment.

Nutritional Planning

You could be training hard and smart but without the proper nutrition to match your activity levels and goals you will never reach your goals in the time that you want. If at all!

At KMPT we don’t use the word diet! This word carries with it many negative connotations. The word diet brings up thoughts of “quick fix” and “unsustainable” weight loss for many people. The world of nutrition these days is a minefield of conflicting advice that just seems to confuse people more and more.  This is why we will not write a huge page on nutrition here.

With the use of food and mood diaries we can provide a sound and simple nutrition plan in line with your goals that won’t leave you feeling hungry. We will educate you in all aspects of nutrition to help you make informed choices for yourself and to make it a sustainable lifestyle change that you can keep up for the rest of your life.

About Kris:

Hi I’m Kris the owner and founder of KMPT. I have been involved in sports and exercise from a very young age. Throughout my life I have played many sports such as football, badminton and squash. My biggest passion is Rugby, and I played to a good level for 10 years for my local club.  Lately I have found a love for mountain biking which I try to pursue as often as possible.

I'm like any other person though, I have had weight issues in the past and I love food! I think though having been through these struggles myself puts me in a great position because I know how you feel!!

I have gained extensive experience within the fitness industry helping clients both achieve and exceed their goals in all situations and environments.  From big chain health clubs to training in small living rooms, in gardens and parks and in all weathers.

As well as helping you achieve your goals, my aim is to inspire you to develop a thirst for knowledge, discover new passions in life, and to alter your lifestyle so you become a fitter, healthier, more active and happier you!

Education for my clients is one of our top priorities. We pride ourselves on our commitment to creating a knowledge base for each client on both nutrition and exercise where empowerment is the key goal.

Where are we?

We are based right Leeds city center just off The Headrow.

The Gym has all up to date state of the art equipment and all the room you need for a great session!!
